We typically carry out the following steps in our roof restoration process;
- Installation of Safety Equipment
Depending on the site, safety harnesses will be installed and also safety rail / edge protection will be installed if required. - Roof Cleaning
We carry out a thorough roof cleaning with our commercial pressure cleaning equipment. In some circumstances where a roof maybe sensitive to pressure cleaning, we don’t use machinery. Instead, we use environmentally friendly specialised cleaning chemicals. - Roof Repairs
The roof is repaired as necessary, including ridge cap repointing, to prepare it for painting. - Primer & Sealer
After repairs have been completed, a coating or primer/sealer is applied and given time to soak into the porous tile. For metal roofs, we apply our metal primer. - Roof Membrane Tint
We then apply two thick coats of roof membrane in your chosen colour.
Upon completion of the work, we will conduct an inspection of the work with you to ensure you are happy with the completed job.
